Particular Software is currently looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
- Practical experience with C# and .NET.
- Ability to identify business requirements and break down problems into manageable pieces of work.
- Demonstrated history of working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Experience dealing with customers through support, pre-sales, requirements analysis, etc.
- Ability to communicate articulately in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Back-end development experience, including development of services, endpoints, APIs, and integration.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
- Participate in pre-sales activities regarding architectural design and use of the product platform.
- Provide customer support, ranging from first response to case resolution.
- Collaborate with colleagues on a wide-variety of business-related tasks such as policies, optimizing processes, marketing activities, and more.
- Work with colleagues to create, maintain and update product code.
