WHAT IS THE HIRING PROCESS AT BLUMIRA?
Our hiring process typically begins with an initial phone screen with a member of our talent acquisition team. If you pass the phone screen, you will be invited to complete an assessment to evaluate your skills and experience. After the assessment, you will have an interview with a member of the hiring team to discuss your qualifications and experience in greater detail. If you are selected to move forward, you will be invited to participate in additional interviews with members of the team you would be working with. Our goal is to ensure that we find the right fit for both the candidate and the company.
