Twilio is looking for a new Lead Talent Researcher for their Talent Acquisition Team. You are right for this role if you excel at juggling multiple priorities, like to be the Nancy Drew of the internet and enjoy networking and talking to new people. You should be driven by technological curiosity, and able to empathize with candidates looking for new roles. You also know that providing an exceptional candidate experience for every applicant is crucial to our ability to attract great talent.
What?
An engaging day for you would include scouring all avenues of the internet to find well-qualified, diverse candidates to continue filling the pipeline. You communicate with your network of potential candidates to update them on what is happening at Twilio. You make it a priority to spend time with the business, learning how the team interacts, what will future needs be and what challenges they are solving now.
